Balatonlelle-Karád Általános Iskola

Our school is a primary and music school for 7 to 14-year-old pupils located in a small town called Balatonlelle on the south shore of Lake Balaton. It is a friendly school with around 30 teachers and 300 pupils run by the local government.

With this project we hope to draw students’ attention to the importance of natural water, drinking water and the water supply. With the various activities they will get an overall scope to the topic and will be more aware of how fortunate they are to live close to the beautiful Lake Balaton, have running water in their homes and will learn why it is vital to spare drinking water.
